Calisthenics is a high-intensity resistance training method utilizing your body weight to enhance strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, and aerobic conditioning – essential for peak fitness. This training method is designed to push your capabilities to the limit through mastery of body movement and elevation, followed by cellular activation through Reiki, an ancient technique for physical relaxation. Está diseñada para mejorar la fuerza, la flexibilidad, la agilidad, el equilibrio, la coordinación y el acondicionamiento aeróbico, casi todas las habilidades que necesitas para estar en forma. El objetivo fundamental de la calistenia consiste en dominar el control sobre la elevación y el movimiento del cuerpo en el espacio. La clase concluye con la activación celular mediante Reiki, una práctica milenaria de relajación física.

Dance Studio Payment Policy 1. Payment Methods Accepted methods include cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and online payment platforms. Venmo, Zelle and PayPal. 2. Tuition Payments Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Tuition can be paid monthly or by semester. Discounts may apply for prepayment of quarterly or annual tuition. 3. Refunds and Credits Tuition is non-refundable. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds but may be made up within the same session. In cases of extended absence due to medical reasons, credits may be applied. 5. Returned checks. $25 fee will apply for any returned checks. 6. Discounts and Promotions Sibling discount: 10% off for each additional family member enrolled.
